My Arbor is a 5 star wellness “tree hotel” immersed in the peaceful mountains of South Tyrol in North Italy, the only one of its kind in the region. Its “MY philosophy” focuses on “me-time” and offers maximum relaxation and flexibility for its guests.
The design team behind the property wanted nature to feel as close as possible. Located at an altitude of almost 1,000m in a quiet spot on the edge of a forest, this luxury alpine resort looks as if it grew naturally out of the hillside. The building appears to float in the treetops; it is perched atop 66 tree-trunk stilts creating a refined treehouse experience that casts guests into a sense of escapism, offering fantastic views over the valley and surrounding mountain peaks.
The in-house Spa Arboris is a 2,500 m² oasis of calm with infinity pool (indoor and outdoor), 10 treatment rooms, sauna area including 5 saunas, cold-water pool, jacuzzi, various relaxing areas and 10 outdoor relax rooms. Spa treatments are based on local trees and plants utilising their beneficial effect on body, mind and soul. Traditional Ayurveda treatments and packages are also on offer for those who want to experience more profound healing.
One of the Spa’s signature treatments is Arboris Tree Ritual which utilises the healing effects of the four Arboris trees – larch, Swiss pine, mountain pine and spruce, and includes: perfumed full-body peel; private sauna time; Arboris massage followed by relaxation time.
The culinary experience at My Arbor is a fusion of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine with creative dishes from all over the world, wine cellar with wine sommelier, beer lounge with beer sommelier and bar with creative cocktails. The focus is on quality, local suppliers and home-made food and drinks.
Activities at the hotel include: wellness treatments, sauna infusions, yoga, forest bathing, hiking, skiing, biking, wine tasting, cultural experiences & shopping in Brixen.
My Arbor is a perfect all-year round destination with over 300 days of sunshine per year from where one can explore South Tyrol and enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer during different seasons; alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and sledging in winter; hiking and biking in autumn, spring and summer, swimming in local lakes, attending local cultural events, tasting world-class white wine in local wineries, and experiencing Alpine and Mediterranean culture.
