Bathing in liquid gold at bhuti

Edit was patiently waiting for me at bhuti’s reception as I was running a little late for my treatment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by her lovely gentle smile, and she took me upstairs into a cosy and quiet treatment room, away from the hustle of busy Richmond.

I was in for a real treat – bhuti’s brand new Therapi Honey Facial. The treatment was developed by bhuti’s team together with the experts over at Therapi, a honey-based natural skincare brand.

It’s not just a facial though. It’s a full body ritual where your face, hands and feet are treated with the products made of nature’s liquid gold – honey. I’ve personally always loved it when it says “facial” on the description but your whole body gets to enjoy the process – and feel the benefits.

Certified organic products by Therapi combine honey with active botanical extracts in pure and gentle formulations, using cold-pressed oils and nourishing plant butters to keep the skin looking beautifully radiant and healthy.

The treatment included all the key steps of a professional facial, as well as lovely gentle massages of both feet and hands.

Throughout the whole ritual I was thoroughly enjoying Edit’s gentle hands and the beautiful sweet fragrance and honey-like texture of the products. Aromatic resins, soft vibration and gentle touch ensured that my senses were soothed, the body felt grounded and the mind rested.

The fine mist of pure organic flower water and honey-based moisturiser are chosen to suit the skin’s unique needs and nature’s most powerful antioxidant – propolis treats fine-lines and stimulates collagen production.

After the treatment I felt truly relaxed, rejuvenated, and my face was glowing. I’d strongly advise this experience to everybody who wants the face cleansed and nourished, but also wants the whole body experience of relaxation and letting go.
