Brand: Silatha

Wellness influencer: Zephyr Wildman

Brand: Silatha is a unique wellbeing brand which combines a dedicated female focused meditation app with gemstone jewellery and a personal journal.

Wellness Influencer: Zephyr Wildman is a renowned London based yogini who has been teaching at London’s top yoga studios since 2002. As well as the physical side to Yoga Asana, she has a great interest in integrating psychology, yogic philosophy, and the attraction of self study within her practice, teaching and lifestyle.

With first hand experience dealing with loss and trauma, Zephyr found an incredible support system in yoga and meditation and credits both practices in helping her create the strength and courage to forge ahead. When Zephyr lost her first husband to cancer, meditation provided her with a blueprint from which she could start to rebuild her life. She began to see that around the grief she experienced she could develop tools to help her move forward with more tenderness, compassion and understanding.

Objectives: As part of their app development strategy Silatha wanted to collaborate with well known UK wellness experts to create specific series around different topics that might appeal to their target audience.

Activities:

  • Development of a dedicated 21 day meditation grief series for the app and a limited gemstone jewellery collection to help users manage the strong feelings and emotions around grief and loss.
  • A series of dedicated workshops took place at leading London Yoga studios to officially launch the new series and the jewellery collection. The ‘Embracing Grief’ workshops with Zephyr and Silatha founder Veroniek incorporated a Q&A session as well as a short meditation. The jewellery was on display available to purchase. The events were attended by Zephyr’s dedicated students, Silatha customers and members of the UK press.
  • A dedicated press release about the collection has been sent out to the media
  • A special newsletter and a social media campaign was designed by Silatha to inform their customers about this collaboration and a new meditation series and the jewellery line
